First for extraction You may need 3D x-ray (CT) to identify the 3 dimensional location of tooth for safety.
Fee for tooth extraction will cost you 100,000~300,000 KW depends on the complexity of procedure.
X-ray and CT are charged separately from extraction cost. (50,000 KW for panoramic x-ray& 100,000 KW for CT)
